General Principles of Code of Conduct for Students:
Academic Integrity:
Students must uphold academic integrity, ensuring honesty in all academic activities.
Respect and Responsibility:
Students are expected to respect all persons and their rights, including the safety and property of others.
Detriment to Institute:
Students should refrain from any activity, on or off-campus, that could negatively impact the institute’s reputation or interests.
Punctuality and Attendance:
Students must be punctual and regular in attending classes, tutorials, tests, and examinations.
Maintaining Order:
Students should maintain order in classrooms and campus, especially when a lecturer is absent or unable to take class.
Courtesy and Decency:
Students are expected to treat faculty, staff, and fellow students with courtesy both on and off campus, and to dress suitably and maintain decency.
Following Notices:
Students should carefully follow notices posted on the notice board (both online and offline).
Identity Card:
Students must wear and display their identity cards visibly at the gate while entering the college and keep it on their person during college hours inside the campus.
Anti-Ragging:
AICTE regulations prohibit ragging, including any conduct that has the effect of teasing, treating, or handling with rudeness, or causing annoyance, hardship, or psychological harm to any student.
